I got the IS350 sport with every fricking option available (minus radar cruise) back in early June. They just happened to have the model with my color in stock when I walked in there -- super lucky. 18 hour later, it was mine.
When I check AutoTrader for used IS350s, only 4 shows up in a 300 mi range and a dozen or so new ones show up. This car is HOT out here!

Interesting - just for kicks, I went to the Lexus site to try and build my IS. Turns out that at least in SoCal, they are not building any Sport pkgs at the moment, all you can build are Premiums or Luxurys for the IS350. I'm thinking that the factory has already converted over to '07 production, and there must be a glitch in the new X Sport option, so all Sport pkgs are being delayed. If that's the case, I'm damned glad (lucky) that I got my Sports pkg when I did . . .

so let me get this straight..
so between the lux and sports ur getting sports pedals and suspension for 2k on sports package?
can someone list what the actual difference is on the sports suspension?
if it was just tokico shocks then i would be really pissed for paying 2k more
or if its just minor TOE and CAMBER adjustments then even more PISSED
got lux package, went out and spent 1000 for teins ss coilovers with alignment installed, i would say thats a hell of alot better than spending 2k on shocks and simple suspension adjustments.

The sports package is actually $500 -cheaper- than the Lux package with 18" wheels... you gain the aluminum pedals and scuffplates and sport suspension bits (springs and shocks) and you lose the rear sunshade and woodgrain.... this makes the sports package a no brainer in my book
