Most automatic drivetrains loose roughly 20% of power from the crank to the wheels. So loosing only 35~ hp is quite good. You should have lost around 60 or so.

As for the dyno numbers, those are real close to 99-04 GT stock numbers, so racing any 99 and up stang will be a great race. Just be careful and not pick on some with 4.30 gears and full exhaust. They run low 13s all day long.

newbie question but isn't IS350 a 300HP car?
why did you only get 268 or so?
and 278 lb-ft torque listed, why you have only 220ish?

sorry for newb question.
Thanks!

Let me know what you guys think. I'll be going down to Homestead this weekend and racing on the auto-x course they have set-up for the event.
All i can say is WOW your car is going to be a "BEAST" Thanks for all the updates on your car so far. You definetly know how to do it. So when are we going to see the 1/4 mile times with the supercharger. I know you're in 12s already.

RoRo, to answer your question...even if its not yoru dyno. who's dynoing it should use SAE now that it is the standard, and on japanese cars, as i just said, usually drops the HP. the 350 stock should be in the 250 VERY low 260 range if ur lucky.
Considering that the dyno plot lists around 85 F ambient temps, I imagine his SAE corrected values might have INCREASED the numbers. When I recently dyno'ed my car with temps around 65 F, the SAE correction was just .99 and my peak SAE numbers were 276 rwhp / 249 ft-lbs. I also have fewer mods. The Japanese / American thing doesn't have anything to do with the correction factor. The dynometer doesn't care who manufactured the car.

I would really like to hear what's been going on with Roro's progress. I believe that his efforts are very innovative, but I wish he had done some sort of X-pipe or H-pipe with that dual muffler. I suspect that he would have doubled the gains from that mod had he done so considering that the LMS exhaust is showing about double that amount.
