Talking Tint on my Tungsten IS350 (picture)

Just got the car tinted yesterday and this is the 1st photo I've been able to take of the car with the tint. I'll try to get another one during midday as this one was taken 20 min before dark.

Tint is Formula One Pinnacle Ceramic based tint. 35% all the way around.

Did they have to take the panels off and what did you pay? I'm about to have this done and I don't know where to start to bring the price down.

Nice. How do you like the ceramic tint? Did you look at Huper Optik?

Looking sharp
I'm also curious to know whether they had to remove the door panels for the installation.

I like it so far. I paid 340ish I forget the exact amount and they did have to remove the door panels, which wasn't a big deal. They did the tint job in 1.5 hours! Told me they did another IS350 the week before so doing mine was a breeze.

Looks just the 30% Huper I put on my Matador. BTW, mine was $350.

Looks great!! I've got the ceramic from Formula One as well, 35 on all sides and 15 in the back.

M-

could you be so kind as to post a few more pics? I'm about to have mine tinted (same color and rims) and would like to know what it's going to look like. Having trouble deciding between Diamond, Formula One, and Huper Optic. I'm leaning toward the Huper Optik.

Here's pic of my 250 IS White w/ 35% tint. Must be another advantage of living in the midwest -- they did a beautiful job with the tinting (this is about my 6th to 8th car that I have had tinted) and it only cost $200. here in Kansas City. Not sure if they had to remove door panels or not. Took them a little over an hour to do it. No bubbles. No streaks. All I had to do was refrain from putting the windows down for a couple of days which is the same as my earlier cars. That's always a good idea anyway.

I love my Huper Optik 30 so far. As long as I put a sunshade up in my car, I can jump into the car in shorts and not have my skin be burned, even after it's been sitting in 90+ degree weather all day.
