Red with blk interior, auto, base car, replacing a C5 6 speed.

The IS250 is a compromise --- my wife wanted a Prius...I think I'll be happier with the IS!!!

Compromise... Prius to an IS 250. I guess the compromise was the IS 350? Congrats! The Red/Black combo has been pretty popular lately and looks awesome!

Cheers,
Kermee

and with the is250 having a v6 that can get mileage in the low 30s.. it's not a bad compromise at all.

Prius? IS? Yup, the IS was a great choice. You both will be HAPPY. Congratulations.

(though I'm kinda sorry to see a C5 6sp go) Then again maybe you aren't too sad at all!

uh yes...it will be hard to part ways with the C5 6 speed....but I just couldn't stoop to making it a daily driver like my wife wanted....

My wife has always said that if I pre-decease her our C5-6sp will become HER daily driver. (as it is now, that is certainly NOT the case as it is FAR from being a daily driver)

Now with the new IS350 in the garage she said yesterday that she's just not sure. She just LOVES the new Lexus.
