Unfortunately, that's something the Lexus Nav/Bluetooth and Motorola phones have issue with. One by one is the only way.

I have a Motorla phone, and here is what I did. I realize not everyone can do this, but it is better than trying to send 200 #'s one by one!
I copied all my #'s to the sim on my motorola phone. I put the sim into a sony erricson phone that I do not use anymore. Copied the #'s from the sim to the SE phone. The SE phone has a "send all" phonebook function...and there you go! The SE phone was a t610 by the way. If yo dont have an SE phone laying around as I did, you might ask a friend for a favor!

EDIT: Look for Bichon's post below this post here for more accurate information. I forgot that Toyota/Lexus uses OPP (object push profile) of Bluetooth to transfer the phonebooks instead of OBEX.
There are certain Bluetooth handsets, Motorola RAZR included, sold by certain carriers which have the OBEX Bluetooth profile disabled which prohibits bulk phonebook transfers.
SE has supported OBEX for the longest time and I don't know of any carriers which has disabled the OBEX Bluetooth profile on SE. (I have both an old ATTWS T68m upgraded to a T68i and a rare Int'l T68i factory SE imported which works great with the Lexus BT).
Cheers,
Kermee

The first batch of Verizon V3c RAZRs (I have one) have OBEX enabled, and there are fairly well publicized hacks to re-enable it on the V710 and E815. OBEX is great for transferring pictures and ringtones, but doesn't help in transferring the phonebook to a Toyota or Lexus. The firmware to convert a Verizon RAZR to an Alltel RAZR, enabling OPP has been leaked. Performing that mod will allow you to transfer phone book entries one-at-a-time. (Unfortunately it will also break VCAST, Get It Now and Mobile web). Someone on the Priuschat forum figured out a way to transfer the phonebook to the Prius with a bluetooth enabled laptop, which should also work on our cars. Since it doesn't involve modifying the phone, it is probably a better solution.

If Kermee transfered the entire phonebook to a Lexus in one operation, he must have used a phone that not only has the OPP profile, but also a function to transfer the entire phonebook via OPP. None of the Motorolas (on any carrier) have that feature.

I guess that explains it, if i remember correctly, SEs have the ability to transfer entire phonebooks via opp

To clarify a bit...
What Kermee did is really only possible with GSM carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Cingular) since they use a SIM card (and possibly Nextel though I'm not familiar with their SIM cards or bluetooth). SIM cards allow you to put your phonebook on it and use a different phone; in this case, a phone that allows you to transfer the entire phonebook at once. Verizon/Sprint/Alltell/USCellular doesn't use SIM cards.
