That sucks...good luck....make sure your gas cap is tight, that is what they asked me to do after I called the dealership...unfortuanately, that wasn't my problem.

Did it stay on permanently? How many miles do you have on your 350? Good luck, and yes, please keep us posted!

Ugh... this is starting to sound a little more prevalent than makes me comfortable.

AH dammit, ADD me to the list.
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=197819
But they didnt tell me gas was mixed with my oil they just said it was misfiring but the car ran fine.
What scares me is that i only have 200 miles! They gave me a beat up rusted ES330 as a loaner LoL

Oh man... I'm seriously not getting a good feeling about this. That's like 4 or 5 people with the same behavoir on brand new cars. And it's not like this list is even a large sample of new IS buyers. This sounds, dare I say it, widespread.

I may have to rethink my order....

i'm worry too. if the problem hit you then it will hurt.

too bad for those only have like 200 miles or 1000 mile... just too new to have problem.

but again, first year production always shaky

I'm hardly panicking. And life is nice at present, because I have a car that in 3 years of ownership has not once been to the dealer.

For me, a daily driver must above all else be reliable. If there's a widespread problem with the new IS, I sure as hell don't want to deal with it and would prefer to take my chances elsewhere.
