Went to Tustin Lexus today for a paint repair on my trunk (see other thread).

While I was there, I took a look at the showroom, and apparently there is a custom IS350 that someone ordered (I hope it's not another CL member) waiting to be taken. Tustin Lexus's policy is that they will hold it for 48 hours max, before taking the SOLD sign off of it. Well I was told it's been 4 days, and is fair game now.

So I figured I'd share it with the rest of you at CL, and hope I don't make anyone upset.

The specs on this model is as follows:
IS350
Black Exterior / Cashmere Interior
Luxury Package
Navigation Package
Mark Levinson Package

MSRP - 44,489 (around that I believe)

This is a great car, brand new, and sitting there. The salesman that I got my car from is usually there, and I told him that I would mention his name. If you guys go take a look at it, just ask for David Varjoy, and tell him that Danny sent you to look at it. Enjoy!

PS: Also available is a White/Black IS250 Manual (no nav, no lux/sport). Dunno the MSRP.

Tustin Lexus customer service sucks. Worst Lexus Dealer in So Cal. I had 3 consecutive bad experiences there. Never going there again.

Probably the guy who ordered that car got a better deal elsewhere and just left it.

 

That car even at msrp is still a deal for somebody....

 

At this point in time I can only wholeheartedly agree. And I'm quite disappointed because of it. It is owned (so I thought) by the same guy who owns Toyota of Orange and I've been very happy there for the past 15 years. Who can figure? My guess is that they might deal a bit on the blk/cashmere 350. Wouldn't hurt to ask for anyone interested. They can buy it and then run fast the other way!

Yes, unfortunately I did not know of Tustin Lexus's reputation when I purchased my car there. They screwed a simple license plate too tight, and cracked my paint. On top of that I believe they scratched my bumper when I first picked up delivery, and also found several small scratches and swirls from their complimentary car wash. Never get your car washed there.

Still, that blk IS350 is a steal, and it's been on the lot for 4 days. I'm sure if you went in, you can deal with them, and pick it up and run as Lexustom said.
