Just had my license plates installed this weekend at Tustin Lexus, and apparently the guy tightened the screws too much. Well the end result was not pretty, and it crunched the paint where the 2 screws go in on the back. I was left with two 2-inch long chips on my plates.

I brought it into the dealership and they basically put some touch up paint on there for me. And they scooted up the plates to cover it up a bit too. And then as requested, they put 2 rubber washers and some foam to hold the plate up and off of the trunk. Here are some pics:
