Well since Lexus is part of Toyota, you would probably be better off working for Toyota at first. As for the advice, all I can say is keep up your grades! And show interest in the company by going to the career fairs and doing research about it. PM me if you have any further questions...

Project Controls Manager for a BIG Oil company. I make sure the money is spent according to plan.
Oh, and I get all the free gas I can use. Just drive up to the pump!! NOT! Employees get 10%, before taxes, so it comes out to an 8% discount. Better than nothing, but I still wind up with a big gas bill each month.
