Heh. Where I live here in CA, $350,000 will buy you a 500 sq. ft. studio apartment. Maybe.

I make a very good living by most people's standards, but I can't afford to buy a house I'd actually want to live in here. The market's gotta crash soon -- it's only holding up because of people "trading up" houses at the moment with existing inflated value.

just graduated in Dec 05 with a BS in Electrical Engineering, working at a engineering company now, I hope to get an IS350 later on, really hope the manual comes out

j/k Makes your job tougher tho. We did 6 OPCAB's last year out of 623 cases. Two years ago, it was 50/50.
