Default carbon fiber on IS350?

Has anyone found and installed carbon fiber parts for their IS and have pics?

Sorry if this has already been posted: from SEMA.
I wonder how a CF front lip would look on a SGM?

I agree. I wouldn't do a hood, but the lip doesn't seem too bad.

I'm thinking the place for carbon fibre on the IS is in the engine bay. Replace all those plastic coverings with carbon pieces... I'm sure some aftermarket place will do it at some point.

Carbon fibre exterior bits... I'll pass. They also tend to weather pretty poorly.

It's fine on the exterior as long as you paint it. This car is in serious need of a diet.

I agree, the engine bay is just way to plasticy and bland looking, some carbon fiber pieces will help dress it up.

Hmmm, I say just keep the hood closed. Why waste money on dress up, when there is nothing to show off in the Engine Bay. Unless you want to show off Engine covers. I esp hate the fake Plenum that covers the engine. LAME..

It looks even worse if you take the engine covers off.

Ah well, I guess its not how the motor looks, its how it performs.

About CF parts on the outside, hmmm I guess a CF lip wouldnt be bad. Though I would stay away from CF hoods. They rattle and are prone to warping and creases. AS a plus though, you can hear your motor better.

i'm a minimalist myself. i'd NEVER put these on mine...even if the parts were free.

=edit=

I actually saw this in person and thought it wasn't to bad. Depends on the style your looking to go for your IS.

I would like some real carbon for the interior. Replace the fake aluminum crap we get with the sport package.
