My car has the F-Sport package to begin with. I believe it came with F-Sport suspension. Think that will be ok? Thanks!

If you have the F-Sport package like mine. Then you most likey do not have the 1" drop F-sport springs. Look at your springs. If their blue you have the lowering springs. If their black, then is basically the stock IS suspension.

Thanks for the heads up. I just checked, and they're black and not blue. Looks like I'll have to get some springs. Anyone have any experience with the F-Sport springs?

Thank you, and happy new year!

Talking 2007 lexus is250 with 19 inch work vs

19x8.5 offset is +29 in the front with 235/35/19 falken
19x10 offset is +29 in the rear with 265/30/19 falken

offset wasn't perfect so i had to shave the brake calipers a little in the front and roll both front and back fenders

i use to have 20 inch maya traffic stars on and it rubbed all over the place
20x9 with a +42 offset
20x10 with a +49 offset

Default new wheels!

just got some new wheels put on, let me know what you guys think. Theyre XXR 522s in chromium black.
front: 19x8.5, +38 offset, tires-225 35 19
back: 19x10, +42 offset tires-275 35 19
im lowered on H&R springs in the front and still stock in the back cuz i went with such a beefy tire. I like the look but need a 275 30 probably for the rear before i can do the rear springs without rubbing so much.

Here are mine before I took them off for the winter. Should look better with the Vertex (reps) front and sides for the spring.

Need some advice....I'm looking to get the XXR 526 on my 06 IS350. Will 18x9 +35 work for front and rear? What size tire(s) should I go with? I was told 225/40/18 front, 255/40/18 rear will still work for these rims without rubbing (seems odd with the rims being the same size and offset). Stock height also. Any help would be appreciated. Need to make a move on wheels/tires soon!

In my opinion, if i were to go aftermarket rims, it would be 19 inch staggered. Your car came factory with staggered wheels. So even if you decide to go with 18 inch wheels, get staggered. If it's money you want to save then, i would stay stock. Depending on what kind of look you want and what else you want to do to the car, will determine the size of wheels, offset and tire size you should go with. If you plan on leaving it stock buy want more aggressive, then size one up. That means 18x8.5 with a 45 offset in the front and 18x9 with a 50 offset in the rear. Tire sizes is 235/40/18 for the front and 255/40/18 for the rear. Again tire size depends on size and width of the wheel size. I have 19x8.5 with 235/35/19 and 19x10 with 265/30/19 in the rear.

Rule of thumb size up on wheel means size down on tire. So you don't lose factory performance and breaking. This is all sort of tricky so buying from a wheel shop with people who can show you what it would look like before you purchase will beat picking them up used not knowing what would fit. Dito on buying online unless you know the exact size you want.

Anyone tried the LFA rims? Setup would be:

FRONT: 19x8.5 +35

REAR: 19x9.5 +45

Also found a set with a REAR: 19x9.5 +38

Which would be a better fit?

What size tires would go with that setup? Any rubbing issues on stock height?
