Thanks! I am thinking about F Sport springs, but I'm concerned about rubbing and the noises I have heard others complain about.

Would you consider the following a bit extreme for an IS250 on BC-R coilovers?

19 x 9.5 et 0
19 x 10.5 et 0

Yes, they are zero offset. Am I crazy? Would I need to stretch like crazy? Even after fender mods, is it even practical?

i don't care if it's for a ballin' set of wheels or some varrstoens (those look like varrstoen specs). it's not practical and not worthwhile.

damn dude... you know what's up. Thanks! (btw, you are spot on with Varrstoe). So what would you recommend for something semi aggressive that is practical? I really want to achieve the flush look, but with a little poke.

Default Question

Whatz up 4Teh,
I got almost the same set up. Rims are RS10 Concept 1. (F) 20x8.5 w/+38 offset; tires are 245/30, (R) 20x10 w/+38 offset; tires are 285/20.
I have the Tein S Sport lowering springs.
Got a question? I haven't even installed my rims nor the springs. I placed the tires side by side with the vehicle and it already seems like it would even fit OR I can anticipate rubbing. When you installed your package without the springs OR no drop, how much gap did you still have from the tires to the fenders and what problems did you anticipate?

Thanks

Default Question

Hello;
IS250 (09)
I got almost the same set up. Rims are RS10 Concept 1. (F) 20x8.5 w/+38 offset; tires are 245/30, (R) 20x10 w/+38 offset; tires are 285/20.

Got a question? I haven't even installed my rims nor the springs. I placed the tires side by side with the vehicle and it already seems like it would even fit OR I can anticipate rubbing. I see that you have 10.5 in the rear. Did you install lowering springs OR not? I can see that you have a gap between the tire and the fender, which means you didn't have problems installing the tire OR needed your fenders to be rolled. I can't wait to install my set-up, but still gathering inputs from previous set-ups like yours. What problems did you anticipate?

Thanks

The idiot i bought my car from sold the OEM wheels and put on ES330 wheels. So im running only a 17x7+45. Weak. Wanting to go bigger. Thinking 18x9 or 9.5 with a mid 20ish offset. Any opinons of this. Just trying and wanting to clean out fender gap.

09' AWD IS250
Borbet style 95's
F-19x9 et 24
R-19x10 et 24

Falken Fk-452
F- 215-35-19
R- 225-35-19

Road magnet 2" lowering springs.
Coilovers soon... need to be lower!

I have my fenders rolled but with only a 2" drop you don't need any mods. No rubbing or anything. I'm sure that will change when I go lower.

The rear looks wrong. You need alot wider tire?

Did you roll the front fender, cos the ET 24 would be what i'm looking for.
