So the wheels had the hole for TPMS from the factory? Or did your tire shop have to drill that hole? If it's the former... then they ARE TPMS compatible, but just probably not as stable as the OEM wheels?
The wheel has the hole for TPMS but its position is a little bit higher. So it is not as stable as in the OEM wheel.
Just wanted to let you know that I got the same rims as you installed yesterday and my wheel shop was able to get the TPMS sensors in no problem. The car hasnt thrown me any warning lights thus far, so it seems like everything is all good. Maybe try another tire shop?
But for everyone else's benefit, the AME Tracer FS-01 Wheels are defintiely TPMS compatible
Ichigo, post some pics of your car, which shop did you go in CA and how much for wheels/tires?
looking at the diagram, i don't think you'll have a problem with the tpms. have you seen how the tpms sits with people running iforged or other wheels where the valve stem hole is in the barrel of the rim? the guts of the tpms stick out 90 degrees from the barrel.

Oh! Really!
So I will update "FS-01 is TPMS compatible".
just becarefull, i put my TPMS sensors in one of my older aftermarket rim. It was too close to the tire/ground i hit a bump and snapped my sensor off........
u know what u should do, smoke out ur tailights, it'll fit perfect with ur car. make htem really black
yea, i was thinking of doing that. i prolly will.
And to answer kilo6 one's question: what size tires are you running?
They are the original 18" tires. Bridgestone 225/40 and 255/40.
I'm considering new springs to bring the car closer to the ground and wheels.
