You should consider some 5 mm H&R spacers. They are hub centric, and include longer studs that are very easy to install.

I dont' see why RocketGuy3 needs spacers? I think his setup looks fine. It looks flush to me.

H&R are def. good and the 5mm ones will cost you around 100.00. Gernby is right when suggesting those, but I am still trying to see a better pic of the front.

could it be that those 18's and that is what is throwing everyone off?

The front wheels are definitely a little bit tucked. They probably still would be with 5 mm spacers, too, but it'd likely be hardly noticeable.
