The offet is the distance from the center of the wheel. "0" offset is the center of the hoop. Any distance of the mounting surface towards the inside of the car is negative offset (in mm). The opposite is true for positive offset. The higher the offset, the further in the wheel will sit in the wheel well.
We fit 19x8.5 +23 and 19x9.5 +24 on the 2nd gen.
