I am about to pay some decent money for these rims and I wanted to get some input from everyone to see what the consensus was?
I will be adding to my IS350 Sport in Tungsten. This is a true 3 piece wheel that is being custom built for my Lexus in a 19" size. It will also have the proper hole placement to keep the factory tire pressure warning system. The rims are made by Vellano out of California. I am planning on the front rims at 19" x 8.5" and the rear at 19" x 10. Do you think the rear should be at 19" x 9.5 so the tire protects the rim edge better though?.
THANK YOU

I was torn between the chrome and polished centers, but I am leaning towards all chrome now. The Maya's are similar, but I don't think they are a 3 piece rim though??

Good Question. I was told that the valve stem is very stealth on this rim and almost hidden. Built into the 3 piece design somehow. Again, I have not seen these since they only have the centers built. They are still finishing the 19" drums.
I was told as a second option that they could add a second hole in the rim for my car to specifically fit the Tire Sensors. From your question, it sounds like your saying the sensor is attached or part of the valve stem. If your correct, this may make things more difficult. I will have to research.

unfortunately, i am correct because tpms would not fit my new one piece. my new wheels had a step on the edge, the angle was not correct. if i were to install the sensors anyway, they would not have support from any surface of the rim. my wheel guy said if they tried to install the tire over the rim with the sensors "floating", they may damage it when the tires go over the edge of the rim. try placing the sensor behind the wheel. i see a step there.

Looks like you need some moral support. I do like chrome rims, also, and I like these. I do not particularly care for black rims, as many others on this board do. Just buy what suits your eye, it's your money, after all.
