Default Truck Won't Open Help!!!

So yeah im @ 8,200 miles go to my car today to open the trunk...hold the black button for like 20 seconds nothing.... okay so then i pull out the remote and hold down the trunk button for what seemed like forever nothing...then i went inside the car and held down the trunk button and still nothing.. i had to put the key in the trunk to open it.. nothing else works but the key...im thinking it may be a fuse but when i looked through the manual i couldn't find which fuse was for the trunk.. if anyone knows where it is or has an alternate solution to my problem i would really appreciate it i would rather not drive an hour and waste gas going to lexus.

thanks

Check the lock out switch in the glove box. You set it to not open as you described when you give the remote to a valet. You keep the manual key..lock the glove box..they can't get into the trunk
