I think I might have said this in another thread but if you have a medim- to small-sized garage, you have no choice but to use it unless you turn it off.

$500 over the course of a finance period is a rather small amount. I'd be led to believe that if 500 is the difference between being affordable and not, then perhaps jumping into a $40k+ car is not the best choice. Of course there will be exceptions, but thats just my opinion.
