Special Order with no sunroof
Has anyone done a special order for an IS350 with no sunroof? If so, how long was the wait, and about how many inches of headroom did it free up?
TIA,
Rick

I special ordered the IS without one...
I special ordered mine without a sunroof prior to production in August. I don't like them myself. I recieved one with it anyways.
I think they kept the moonroof standard for the US, but for other countries it's optional. You can get an IS without a moonroof, but the gauges will be in kilometers and the driver seat may be on the right...

i would think if you wanted cloth seats and no sun roof you should be looking at something like a corolla or camry.. most luxury cars come with leather and sunroofs in case you didnt notice.

As for the IS, Lexus decided to make leather and sunroof standard. It was supposed to be optional prior to August 2005.
