Fast Install of Illuminated Scuff Plates

The GB never ended, we have been doing these for 109.00 each front, and 64.00 each rear if you want them with the chrome strip to match the lit fronts. No GB code needed, just call Cesar 310-522-2330, or myself (Luis) at 310-522-2383.

I just installed some Cashmere Illuminated Scuff Plates in my '06 IS. I had to wire them of course, but I followed the instructions to a "T" on page 1 and was 100% successful in about 1 hour. I even used the "RED" Wire Tapers (They're called something else at Radioshack, but I can't remember right now) without problem. I don't understand why people are saying that the RED (22G I believe) ones are too big, so they used the BLUE (something like 16G I think). The BLUE ones are actually for "bigger" wires. Remember, the SMALLER the gauge number, the BIGGER the wire. That kind of confused me a little at first after reading these posts, but in the end I settled for the RED Wire Tapers and it worked like a charm. It's pretty hard to mess this up, UNLESS you aren't careful. That's why I took my time.

I just want to make sure I understand this ...
I have a 2008 Non-Luxury package with Navigation.
I can order these scuff plates, remove the existing plate, plug in (wiring is already there) and i'm all set?
No wiring??
This means I also have the ability to put it back to "stock" with no illumination, without cutting or messing with wires.
Thanks for the help -- sorry, I'm new at this!

excellent - thank you.
I just called L-Tuned....
They said they only have white for the fronts - and the rears do not illuminate. You guys have light blue? What do you prefer? Has anyone seen the white ones?
I was quoted $112 for the fronts.

check lexus-parts.com. They have white and blue illuminated and there's a discount code too.
The rear are only metal insert - they don't light up.
I like the white better personally - there isn't anything in my car that lights up blue, so I don't think it would match properly. Just my opinion.
