I just can't see putting sport rims on a Lexus. It is a performance vehicle, but first & foremost, it's a Lexus. I think you have to put some luxury or classy rims on it. I'm not talking spinners or anything crazy like that (If I see anybody with spinners on a 250 or 350, I will follow you to your house and beat you) but they do require a nice wheel. The biggest suggestion I have though: Don't pay 3k for the Lexus wheels. There are so many better looking aftermarket wheels that you can get for half that cost. 18's for 3k is ridiculous. Just my opinion.

i'm looking in the 2400 range, i can get the advans for that. i forgot how rediculous HRE's are so those are out the door as an option. those volks are alright but i dont' like the outer ring with the way the rivets are done and the star arms are pretty short and look akward to me.

regarding luxury style rims, i think it all depends on the theme of the vehicle. some may follow the VIP theme and get chrome, easy on the eye style wheels. some my want a race car theme and go aggressive and get all black light weight wheels. i am in the middle as i like sporty rims that are smooth flowing and not aggressive.
there is no right or wrong with any style of wheels.
advans for 2400, with or without tires?

those rims are nice. I like the 5 spoke no lip look. and for those **** retentive lexus puppets, its a SPORT luxury car. those advans are too expensive for me. the tsw vortex is a similar look for much less money. even better if the lexus center cap will fit. the big lip look is very tacky [funny how after posts about the lip fad, a knee jerk just had to post lipped rims] and the 'black center look' is tired too, especially when you a: see them on an old porsche b: see them on a buick grand national c: watch miami vice. its played out people.
