Factory Body Kit or Stock
can someone please post a pic of thier IS with the factory body kit? im thinking about getting it and i want to compare what it looks like side by side with stock to factory body kit. THANKS

I wish I could. If I ever get my car, I will post pics. My dealer told me this is installed at the port, "if they can get one". I have been really amazed at the total confusion and lack of information about these cars at the dealership level. I guess I just had high expectations for a "premium car dealer".

Factory body kit is bad. We rejected our first car because the kit fit so bad. The front lip looks nice and I like the trunk spoiler. The side skirts and rear lower valance are terrible. Save your money.

Lexus is about balance, not bling...
The factory kit looks simple and does not detract from the overall "Japanese simplicity" design of the car. Lexus would have failed in designing the body kit if it was too noticable, as the design of the car would be unbalanced. Therefore, if you want a body kit that complements the car rather than dominate it, the stock body kit would suffice.
