Excellent! I had not seen this and was hoping the test results would be good. I'm going to call my insurance company to see if this affects my rates. This was a pleasant surprise. Now all IS second generation owners look even smarter.

It was hard watching them crash a black/cashmere IS--same color combination I have--but it was for a good cause.

I want to know too. I am not really into the insurance business. How do I know if the rate goes down on our IS? Do they just do their adjustment automatically, or I have to call them?

P.S. My insurance company, progressive, has my car on the policy ID card as I250.
