If you didn't buy an IS350 what else would you have bought?

I haven't bought an IS yet but the IS350 is really the only car on the list. I tend to keep a car until something new catches my eye. I'll keep driving my current car (03 Acura CL-S 6 speed) until supply catches up with demand on the IS350 and I can find the exact spec car I want on the lot w/o special ordering.

i was about to buy an 06 m3 and trade in my 330ci...but when it came down to it...i could keep my car and get a is350 for about the same price....and im glad i did...short trips the bmw is great...but going to like LA from sf is nice...hold more people and luggage and plenty of power.. its a great compromise...

CTS-V 400HP V8+stick, but interior sucked.
Acura TL, but had way too much torque steer for my liking.
BMW 3 series, but two family members have had way too many reliability problems with theirs.
My dealer just called yesterday. My IS350 will be here at the end of the month.
Exactly a 4 month wait..

I was pretty close to a deal on a Legacy GT, a great car for the money. Subaru was too short on features and had so so brakes.
I have an 04 TL and am looking forward to dumping that front wheel drive designer accord (though it is about the best value out there).
I wanted a CTS-V but after driving it, ran the other way. Power to dream about, shifter from k mart and as has been mentioned above junk interior (what a waste of good alcantara).

When my salesman changed the ETA from 5 weeks to 4 months, I started looking at the M3 and S4. Then another dealer found a car with the exact same specs, so ended up purchasing the IS350 as originally planned.
