Default Foglights on without headlights on

I wanted to find out if anyone knows how to have your foglights on with only the parking lights on. Most times this feature would not be needed, but on really foggy days it would be helpful since the headlights reflect light back at you. Most Euro and some american cars are able to do this.

I would like to know how to do that also.
If there is a write up on keeping the fogs on with hi-beams, that would be even better.

I thought the only reason some Euro and American's have this is because they use the fogs a DRL. We (Lexus) don't use the fogs as DRL so it'll have something to do with the wiring somewhere, I have no idea where.

I think this would be cool to have, but doubt it would be an easy hack. Actually it may be, but I would never mess with the wiring...its that whole void warranty thing

I'm sure that it can be done. We just need someone thats decent with wiring to get their hands on a wiring diagram and figure it out from there. As far as voiding the warranty, I don't think that should be too big of a concern unless an electrical device gets hosed as a direct result of the rewiring. But that is a risk I suppose.
