Default Remote Start in Dallas, TX

I am interested in a remote start option for my IS 250 6MT. Anyone in the Dallas area have a shop they can recommend? I am interested in shops that you have personally used before , not ones that you have just heard good things about . I know that not all shops do not install remote starts in MT's , but I would still like to explore the option. Thanks!

You will have a hard time finding a shop to do remote start on a stick shift. Too much of a liability. If you do find one, they may ask you to sign a waiver stating you understand that if you leave the car in gear when you engage the starter, you accept all responsability for any damages caused.

I used to work with someone who owned a 1992 Ford Taurus SHO (5 speed manual, Yamaha 3.0 V6 engine), and he had a remote starter installed. Quite entertaining.... when we would leave work at night and the parking lot was empty, he'd engage the starter while the car was in gear. It would take 3 or 4 times of trying, but it would actually gain enough momentum to start on about the 4th time.
