The RAZR is made by Motorola, not Samsung. Samsung has a knockoff called "The Blade" but I don't know anyone who has tried it in an IS.

As far as phonebook syncing, I was able to transfer my entire phonebook into my IS350. The trick was how the numbers are formatted. I had the default Outlook format of (xxx) xxx-xxxx. After I changed the formatting to xxxxxxxxxx, I removed the numbers of any contacts with more than two numbers, e-mails etc, then the transfer was flawless. Sounds like a lot of work, but all I did was export my Outlook contacts into a CSV text file, then did a find-replace to clean things up. (ie, find ") " and replace with "".

I'd suggest finding the format that works for you by first modifying just one contact and trying to send it to the IS. After that works, clean up all your contacts and do a send category from the Palm menu.
i have the sprint treo 700wx and 06 is350 w/navi, can some help me with steps on bluetooth pairing?

Default Sprint Treo 700p & 2006 IS350

I was NOT able to successfully transfer all of my contacts over to the IS. The IS reports that transfer was successful, but then I see only that 3 entries made it through out of 20+ expected from the Treo 700p. I didn't think that redoing my treo phone book would be any faster than just adding the contacts I really cared about.

I have a Nokia 6265 and it pairs perfectly although the battery life doesn't show. However, I had to manually enter all of my phonebook because there is no function on that phone to allow transferring of the phonebook to the car. PITA.

I just paired my 700p (as easy as pairing it to anything else, like my laptop for a sync), and used the "send category" feature to sync my phonebook. works great, just wish it listed people by last name like the treo does (i've gotten used to it!)

This is true with most phones if you look at the Lexus bluetooth web site. Even on the expensive LS460 there is very little support. Also, this hole manual phonebook process is dumb. Most other companies auto sync you phone to your car every time you get in. Lexus is years behind the competition in this area.
