Howdy, wanted to say hi! Took delivery of my Tungsten Pearl IS350, as a replacement of my 2005 C320. I'm not going to go into the quality of the Mercedes, lets just say my Crown Victoria has less problems than the Mercedes. Anyway, just a few questions... Traction control... To dang intrustive! I turned it off, and it comes right back on after a little wheel spin. (At the drag strip of course). I searched before i posted this, for traction control, but didn't seem to find anything related.
Thanks

The car went into the shop twice this week (first on monday, then on wensday), the radio and all interior electrical stopped working when you started driving, but would work when you opened the passenger door. Along with that the 2nd time i brought it in, there was some odd noise in the rear, Mercedes replaced both hub bearings, axle shafts, bushings, and the differential. The car has less than 20K on it... The week before, they replaced the catalytic converter, and some other stuff. If you guys really want, i will dig out my paper work for all the repairs, but i've just had it with the car. My mother had an ML with alot of problems. My car was getting to the point that i had to miss classes to take the damn thing in for repair. Not what i paid the $$$ for.

BTW i had read the faq, but was wondering was there a way to disable it permantly till i hit the trac button again.... I can't wait for this engine to break in. I've only got 90 miles on it now, and i've ripped it to 5500 rpm... Can't wait to really open it up.
