That'd be correct. Tripodometer includes the tenths of a mile (or km in this case)

Personally, I couldn't even really hear the exhaust.

For sure it's a IS350 from Japan. But what modifications does it have? It says Blitz exhaust.....Would it be the S/C Blitz IS350?

Doubt it, Motor sounds pretty stock.

All Japanese Domestic cars have the speedometers topping out at 180 km/h. It's regulation down there.

well the video seems to be correct in ever aspect...the 0-62 time sounds about right (just above 5) and the 180 kph limit for speedometer is regulation in japan. As for the blitz exhaust I emailed the guy who posted the email and asked for deatils.
