Oh, do you know if we could get interest earned on our deposits? They should pay interest on them, say 4-5% APR. It's still "our" money, right?

Yep, Here in CA, people must have the latest and greatest vehicle. But most I see is just premium packaged IS's.

i've seen 1 IS on the road in SC and it was parked across from my bar. i'm in the final stretch for mine, january 6th ordering day, by april 15th delivery date.
moving to a new city, new place, new SGM 350, i couldn't ask for more.
well sure i could,
also, i don't think lexus in general is a "hot" car in the east, at least the south east. most people stick to their american brands and when they are smart enough to dump big dough on a foreign car they usually go euro. there will probably be a 2:1 ratio of 2IS on the west to the east. not sure it will be a great selling car quantity wise over here. yes i know its the fastest selling car in america i'm just talking quantity sold over time vs. others

BMW/Volvo/Subaru
are BIG in the northeast. and I mean BIG. That and Toyota/Honda. American cars are popular in the heartland and southeast. Northeast and west coast are alike.

Just the base model + LL (Luxury package with 17s). I had to special order it because the only option avalable back in december was the premium package.
It should be arriving to New Jersey's port on March 31st. and to N. VA a few days after that.
