I was out for a walk today and saw a lady drivving a black IS 250 awd on Harvard St. in Brookline.

Then I continued on my way and saw a black 350 going the other way.

As I continued my walk, I saw that the 350 was parked and had a huge Harvard Medical School Sticker in the rear window.

The car was black on black, premium plus sport.

As I was walking past the car, a young upscale looking couple were wandering around the car.

Then the gentleman mentioned to the lady he was with that this car is better than the new three series.

Splendid question paeko.

Stylish glasses, nice black leather coats, well groomed, pricey looking casual shoes in new condition.

Not that the looks means they can pay the freight for the car, but the BMW dealer is six blocks from where the car was parked and these folks looked like the typical hip urban Boston BMW customers.

I don't think you can get "premium plus sport"? The three packages, premium, sport, and luxury, are mutually exclusive.

Agreed. It has a sport package only not both.

My recollection is that back in October, the Lexus website described the option packages as adding premium then either sport or luxury.

The current website, as you are saying includes all the premium options in either the sport or luxury packages.

Well, that is sort of true. With the premium package, you pretty much get two things: wood trim interior, and perforated leather heated and cooled seats. Both the sport and luxury packages have the perforated seats, but only the luxury package has the wood interior.
