Went to pick her up and they had it parked on the show floor with a big red bow on the roof (my wife caught my Bow thread and called the dealer to have it put on the car when I got there ). Car has the sterling interior, ordered black but came in that way. I took the car anyway and its actually darker than the pics really show. I'm getting use to it. They did say the car had the rear spoiler on it by accident, but when I get there it didn't so that was a let down . They were looking at the wrong car coming off the car carrier. There was also delivery damage to my drivers door so that part is being ordered and will get replaced n/c to me this week.

Overall I'm very very happy with the car, but not so happy with my first Lexus experience. First they promise me the car will come in with blk interior and it doesn't, then the spoiler is M.I.A even though he said it would be on there, interior damage, and the guy that took the car off the trailer got the seats all dirty and they didn't clean them. Might be petty but felt like I was at a Chevy dealer or something picking up an Aveo, not a Lexus. Oh well, got the car and friends/family love it like I do so all's fine in the end. Really wanted that spoiler though Now I have to buy it. Just need the springs installed, tint, and the rear BBSs' to come in.

Well congrats...but I would have made a big deal about the spolier and about the damage... I wouldn't have taken it. You are buying a lexus and not a Chevy, I would never want to feel like i am in a Chevy dealership if i was paying big bucks... and i have nothing against Chevy

Congrats.....but...why did you take the car if they couldn't even bother to clean the seats?

What kind of damage did the car carrier do?

The good part is - you will be surveyed on the transaction - tell them you were not satisified and you might get your spoiler out of it.

didn't notice the seat was dirty till i got the car home. handprint on the lower part of the drivers seat butt bolster. lower inside door panel has an inch long scratch/rip down to the plastic.

Congrats G35. I've had mine 3 weeks now. Just got the windows tinted Saturday; i like it even better now.

I second that. How long did you wait? If my car comes with anything but black I won't take the car. At least Sterling isn't as bad as Cashmere though, but still, it's not black. Plus, you already see how dirty it gets.

Sucks about the spoiler and damage upon removal from the truck... Good luck though. Be firm with Lexus about their screw-up though, that's pitiful customer service on their part.

I like mine alot better with the tint too. I got the Mystic Gold.
