are you supposed to get one of these for using toyota motor credit?

A few people got them from lexus because of a TSB or recall on the earlier IS 250/350. It was nothing major, but Lexus wanted to make the customer happy and not get any bad surveys

Yup, only the owners that had the recall done on the IS250 AWD.
