Seat Ventilators
Well, it's starting to warm up here in AZ. So I thought I would try and give my seat ventilators a go... I turned them on... And I really didn't feel anything. I remember back when I was test driving the car and turned them on and you can really feel the cool air... but for some reason, mine don't seem to be working. So before I go and take the car in, I wanted to see what you guys/gals are experiencing with your IS.
Can you even tell that they are on? I can't even tell when I'm wearing shorts!
Can you feel the air if you hold your hand over the seat?
Thanks everyone.

I can feel them with my hand over the seat.
The best way to feel it is if you have the A/C on as well, as it recirculates the cool air.

I have only used mine a few times so far, and my impression was that I really could feel it, a lot more than I expected. But the real summer heat has not yet arrived in Texas, so that will be the true test.

No doubt...when on "3" I can feel the cool air ventilating up from the seat with my hand or with my butt even with long pants on! Get it checked out at dealer; it is under warranty, so why even hesitate?

When I was test driving the car, my salesman turned on the seat heater and said "this setting will keep your butt warm". Then he turned to the cool setting and said "this setting will keep the boys cool".
Yes my "boys" stay cool with this feature.... Nice invention.

I like the seat ventilators, they work great - but if I had a flatulence problem anytime prior in the week - it revisits when they are on! Several people have complained about the smell when they are turned on, they thought it was just bad leather!
