Default All new Aero Tect Black-outs!

Just got my car serviced at Aero tect. Got the standard set up with blue fogs and red-outs for the tail lights. Let me first say that Francisco and Jeanne are true professionals and definitely a class act. Francisco took the time to explain to me the different types of "film" user in clear bra applications and answered any of my questions. I was extremely happy with the installation and feel that the $500 was well worth the cost of the clear bra.

I know a lot of people scoff at the thought of "plastic wrap" on your car, but trust me, the peace of mind alone is worth it. And seriously, "re-painting you bumper" isnt a real option, because it would never be the same. So if you can afford the $500, I would say that the clear bra is a solid investment. Plus the Aero tect people are great to work with!

Its been commented that many people dislike the red reflectors in the 2IS bumper, well here is a new solution to help cover them up IF you are one of these people. Similar to the red-outs, Aero Tect will soon have strips of smoke-color film to cover the red reflectors.

Francisco is great to deal with! Can you take some more pics of the black-out reflectors outside in the daylight? Do you know how much they'll be? I'm guessing the same as the red-out tailights.

Thanks,
TJ

In the NYC area the clear bra seems to be going for far more than $500,
I've been hearing price quotes of $600-$800, whoa..

I actually dont have more pictures... Francisco used my car to fit the pattern and I wanted to share the pics with CL members. I didnt get them installed permanently, so I cant take more pics. I would PM Aero Tect about the black-out prices and Im sure they can mail them out to the NYC members.

The $520 for the install was a great price, but I guess it depends on the area you are located. But so-cal people should defintiely set an appt with Aero Tect.

Hmm, the black is interesting, but I still prefer the red.

It's not the tail light! It's the annoying misplaced 'safety' reflector on the lower portion, I can't wait to take delivery of my car (end of the month) as I will be driving it straight to aero-tect.

I just had this done today at aero tect on my smokey. The tail lights are not smoked they only have the normal red out. The part that is smoked is the bottom reflector in the bumper. They are unable to smoke the whole rear tail light do to the shape and conture of the lights. They are only able to red out the small orange part at this time. Its looks good.
