No, I wish. The kit did not come with a grommet. I had to use plastic putty which was quite messy and did not keep out the condensation. I have sine left in the drilled covers with electrical tape over the hole and ran the kit's underneath the cover. I have (2) new covers just in case.

I ran the wires under the covers and put sealant over the top. I had to do it a few times to get it right and now I don't have any condensation.

Who left the wires running through the HOLE they made, had condensation issues, and actually got something to work afterwords?

I installed and didn't put the covers back on at first. I justs stuffed the hole with a towel, bad idea.. I got condensation after a car wash. So now I drilled and we'll see how it works. I didn't put sealent on the grommit yet.

I believe that people had condesation issue because the top part of the cover is not sitting right in place. so water get in from top and collect inside headlight.

It has to have enough water in there to create a condesation. you will never have that much water collecting there if the hole is on the side with wires pointing downward.

well i origninally drilled a 1' hole in the cover like was suggested. However, the rubber peice supplied to me from xenondepot was way too small to fill the hole. so for now, i have the covers on but with nothing to close up the hole.

Its been raining for the past 3 weeks in central florida and no condensation yet...

At first I didnt have condensation, as i covered the holes with electrical tape.

But now, the condensation is getting worse. I just dont want to hassel with re-taping every other month.

I will try the Glue Gun / Silicon method, just wonder if it will melt with the heat from the engine.

Glue will not melt from engine heat. when you redo it again.
make sure you check the rubber seal on the cover and properly close the cover.

for those who have condensation problems and thinking of now using rubber sealeant, make sure ur headlamp is completly dried out before sealing. otherwise u will trap the condensation inside of ur headlamp.

I dunno about this whole dust covers and the condensation thing. When I took off the covers for the first time. I know for sure it wasn't all that air tight a seal to begin with. There was no OEM glue or selant or anything and the space inside of the headlamp doesn't seem to have been airtight either.

When I first installed mine I left the covers off totally temporarily and even went through a car wash and no condensation. Where are people getting condensation, in the housing/outer cover or inside the projector housing?

btw: Even though I had no condensation after the car wash I decided to play it safe and put the covers back on. I didn't use any silicone around the seal though but used a Dremel to shave off 3 round notches on the bottom of the cover for the wires to run under and used some silicone around each wire under the notches. I think this is much better than drilling one big hole and using the grommet and looks stealthier too.

Drilled the holes and used black silicone caulk to seal around the wires.
No problems.

I had condensation issues that were quite bad after a mid summer instal with humid weather. I then drilled out the covers and silicone cauked the grommet. I still had a little moisture so I realized it was coming in fromt he harnesses and I then caulked the ends of them. Then i had to remove the high beam cover and use a hair dryer to get all the condensation out. it was a pian and I was upset I messed with it initially. After that, no moisture and the HID's are excellent. The balasts are a little tricky to mount because there is no space to work with. Driver side is mounted under Fuse link and passeneger side is mounted under the ground wire which unfortunatley cause static in the radio when activated. I purchased two new low beam housing covers (make sure to sepcify, dealer ordered wrong ones initially). They were about $17 a piece and well worth it for a safety net. I also went to another dealer to buy them so if i had moisture issues beyond my repair ability, i could return to my vehicle purchase dealer and act like nothing was modded.
