The driver's side is supposed to be a little bit lower so it doesn't shine directly into the eyes of oncoming traffic. When you did the install, you didn't move the headlights did you?

Agreed. the drivers side is lower. So when on comming traffic just to the left of you is comming your right headlight is not so high and shining into their face. If you didnt already move them then DONT.

Is it mandatory to adjust the headlights after installing these aftermarket HIDs? Some have said because of the glare that you should lower the beam, is this true?

Thanks

OEM is 4300k. Keep in mind that the higher you go in temp, the lower the light output. The only reason why higher temps "appear" bright is due to the glare/color that a higher temp puts out. If you want the best light output, stick with 4300k. Only thing w/the lower temp is that you won't get much color (if any).

You'd have to buy a different set of capsules. HID bulbs are called capsules. Right now, you bought a kit with 6000k capsules. If you wanna use 4300k, you need to find a place that just sells the 4300k capsule. You can try ebay to look for these. But before you do anything else HID-related, I suggest you learn more about them on www.hidplanet.com. There's a wealth of info there where you can learn everything you've ever wanted to know about HIDs.
