Right now i've placed a deposit for an IS 250 AWD Black on Black with NAV from Lexus of Greenwich, CT..
He has offered me 2500$ of MSRP. i was wondering if anyone around the area got a better deal than that . If so, i'm willing to go to that dealer and talk to them..i have a feeling that AWD is loosing demand because its almost summer and that the dealer is taking me for a ride by claiming that htey are selling very well. i mean i can understand when they just came out , they were selling like HOT cakes !! but now--i DON"T THINK SO..
When i went 3 weeks ago to the dealership they had the Red and SGM AWD in stock and guess what till date they are not sold !!
so , let me know if anyone has received better deals and also any FREE add-onns like mats, oil change etc

Sounds like you're getting a good deal.
I just picked up an IS250 AWD for my wife. I got it from Hoffman Lexus in Hartford. While the dealer had cars on his lot, they were all spoken for, and so were most of the incoming orders. I had to wait about 2-3 weeks for him to find the car she wanted (Crystal White w/ black IS250 AWD with Lux package and without Nav) from somewhere in New Jersey. I got about $2K off MSRP, and he threw in winter mats. He also offered free painted pinstriping, but my wife didn't want it. However, if she changes her mind, dealer will put it on for free.
Nice car. I wouldn't get one for myself since it is too small for my needs, but wife is very happy, and that's the main thing.
