Oh, sorry, Flip was just slightly off with his directions! I'm not sure if you're talking about the same Halsey C as I am, Flip, but the one I am thinking about is very, very close to Walnut, as opposed to being IN Walnut.

Ooops i meant West Covina. That part of town switches back from Walnut/West Covina by just crossing a street.

I love how everyones Nav screen is full of finger prints from playing with all the new functions... I know mine will be!

Nice color. Frost Mica is so rare. I also hate how the IS ride quality is over expansion joints on the freeway. How is it that the suspension is great at absorbing bumps but can't handle expansion joints.

That's what I was thinking too! I went through a POTHOLE and the suspension ate it up. I went over TRAIN TRACKS and the suspension ate it up. But expansion joints... a whole other story.

I've got a question for all of you: Is there any sort of "night mode" for the nav map screen? Because right now the map is still just bright white during the night time and it's really distracting.

There's a button to the left of the steering wheel to adjust the odometer backlight. Adjust that during night time and you'll see your NAV screen adjust itself for night driving. I remember when I saw my NAV switch to night mode for the first time, I thought it was so cool.

Congrats on the car btw. Awesome color! I wanted that color too but I would've had to wait longer so I passed on getting that color.

ps. It's already been mentioned but I'll say it again, your parents' house is really nice!

^^^
Also 'Night Mode' won't work if you set your instrument panel brightness to an extreme setting (max bright etc), that's an issue that has come up many times before.

Those IS pics look stunning and the neighborhood is great too! Love the time-lapse odometer pics, and the S-wave A/C vents make me like the feature (that bugged me at first)...very beautiful car.
