I just installed mine with a lot of my buddy's help. It took us about half of day to install. Honestly with everything is basically plug and go. The hard part is you have to cut the plastic cover and seal the rubber gro. with silicon, and how to really hide all the wires without showing too much. I think the silicon made it took nasty but it seals the gaps for sure. Sometime I look at it if I really need to put silicon on cuz it has all the plastic cover protecting the water to get into already. But again I started to think the long run and it's better for me to seal because I’ve heard people installed their HID and water got into it..
Because I can't see the picture of this original post so my friend and I basically have to figure out everything like where to put it. As for my passenger side ballast we tape on the front flat part of stock air box. The driver side we tape right next to the (I think the black fuse box). We basically hide the wire through underneath the fenders. Other than that I think it’s pretty much what RDRUNNER posted.
As to the quality of the HID, it’s great. It is really bright compare to the stock on and you can really see the difference is leveling (left side is lower than the right side). Sorry I didn’t take any pictures because I am not a pro of installing HID and being able to take picture and install at the same time.

Nuster,
I already have some left over silicon at home. THe one I have is white so maybe you can find a different color one at ACE hardware or Homedepot...
By looking at the other guy's post of installing a different HID kit, it doesn't seem like he used silicon but again, I think it would be safer to have silicon on to protect from the moist.
