Was it the car he wanted or something in the car? I would think it would be harder to steal these cars due to the push button start and the key fob not being in the car.

I don't promote violence...but would have snuck up behind him and kicked him really hard in the nuts. That would have probably kept him busy until the cops came..lol.

I was actually thinking of getting a taser but they are illegal in Canada. I own a cell phone company and often deal in cash with some of my suppliers and stuff and i do not feel that comfortable carrying like 15-20k in cash without some protection.

Yeah i know. I live by markham and 14th (on legacy drive) and we have the same thing here. A friend of mine got some bumper stick on his car saying gay pornstar, except the P in the pornstar was really a *****. I gotta admit, it was funny but by the time he found out the bumper sticker was there and when he took it off, it completely ruined the chrome trim around his bumper and left this residue that to this day is still there. One of my other friend's got his CLK320 pissed on while he was sleeping. I think it is because we are all pretty young (20 and under) and some of the people tha we know from highschool and use to make fun of for being losers and now starting to see that we are doing pretty well and getting pissed off about it.

You'd also think it was Markham, the kids would be a little better. I live in Scarborough, and usually expect that kind of thing, but I thought Markham would be a BIT better.

I was hoping to trade in my IS300 for a 350 in a year or so, but idiots like him make me really worried about dropping 60k for a car that is so hated on.

By the way, IS250, sorry to hear about your house getting egged. But can you tell me which part of Toronto you at? Just roughly, as in Scarborough, Markham, etc. I would hope that the Richmond Hill area would be better, but I'm stuck in Scarborough for another 3 years at least.

Do you guys have any sort of program to carry a concealed firearm (We have concealed carry programs here in the states)?

Here you would qualify for a concealed weapons permit if you are transporting that kind of money around..

AMEN! As described, no way would I have given chase. There have been too many stories on the news where a person has gotten shot or stabbed doing that. This is the reason why we pay for insurance on these expensive cars. My motto is "love your wife and children, not your assets".

I have my concealed permit, all you need in FL is about $200 and you can get one. It just takes a couple months.....
