I think he is moving the head unit elsewhere, so he can put a new head unit in. The old head unit is necessary, for the HVAC

what equipment do you have in there? i'm pretty sure you could've made the enclosure smaller. might be just me, but i don't like how it looks..

does your trunk lid rattle? any rattling in the bumpers?

So did you ever put it on a SPL meter? On the IS350 forums you were claiming your installer said it would do high 150s.

it looks better in person, pictures never do justice...and there are two T2 rockford fosgate subs with 2 US amps, and 2 caps and a few batteries, and no that enclosure is actually smaller than it should be, but the reason it is so large is because its a compression case, nothing outside rattles and all the sound is in the cabin, not wasted in the back of your car (which is what makes it rattle), it is the best sounding sub/enclosure combo i have ever heard...

What do you mean compression case? That looks like a bandpass box to me. What is it tuned to?

Look's tacky in such a nice car (my opinion), but I am sure it is very loud. If your ears like it, good work

there is no way to make subwoofers classy, but its is better than a retarted grey carpeted box like you see in every other car...at least this is worth looking at...i dont know all the technical specs, i didnt do it, but ill ask my friend who did it and get back at ya

Definitely agree. Very tacky looking in a Lexus.

i'll say it again, IT'S NOT TACKY! pictures never do anything justice, i think the pictures make it look bad too,but it's not, please read the other comments where i have already responed to everything, this is why I made it like that, because i dont want to be part of the miliions of people who have normal looking enclosures, like this: you tell me which enclsure would look better in the back of a 45K lexus...

It might not look "Classy" but at least when he closes the trunk--no one else can see it!

And this Enclosure design is interesting, I wonder if it does give good bass response--MINUS the rattles of the trunk. Because my stock system even rattles the trunk sometimes

JAMES a FEW QUESTIONS: sorry if they have been answered already!

1. You kept the stock system in--or did you remove it?
2. Can you list your full "Non-Stock" components you have added.
3. Can you please describe how they were set-up. (if you know) for example, You pulled out the stock AMP and added your own, etc.
4. I dont know what other questions right now because im tired (will update later)
