Thanks for all the info! Will prob hold out till I can get Hawks here at work. Used them on my G for track days and really liked them. Not like I'm getting rid of the car anytime soon. I can wait it out...

i have seen EBC pads out for the IS 250... not sure if you were looking for those. i hear alot of mixed review about them though. i just want some pads that dont require me to clean my wheels every 2 days.

Depends on if you are beginner or very experienced. If you are beginner then your stocky should be fine without problems. Plus your car should have less mileage and enough brakes for you to play around. My s2000 has 20000 before I upgrade my brake system and my oem brakes are like brand almost to half way.

Test out the stock brakes on track before you upgrade anything is what I recommand
