Default G-Spiders on a AWD???

Anyone have installed or taken pics of their IS 250 AWD with G-Spider OEM rims??? I was interested in buying them for my Blue Onyx Pearl, but am afraid that the 18" wheels are going to raise up the car too much. Sooooo, if you have any pics... of any IS250 AWD with G-Spiders, please post them here!

Also, hat type of changes in winter performance could I expect if I change from 17" to 18"? Would it be a problem to use these 18" wheels in the snow if they were equipped with all-season tires?

Thanks!!!!!

You should be ok with 18's in the winter if you have the all seasons..

But you would HAVE to put the 18x8 G-Spider on all 4 corners, with same tire sizes all around in order not to affect the AWD system.. from what I heard..

I am very certain the wheel size has to be 18x8 on front and rear..

Maybe the tire sizes can be staggered, but probably NOT recommended.

I'm sure some of the wheel experts will chime in soon!!

not really. you can have staggred setup and it's fine, as long as the overall diameter are close to each other you will be fine. there have been discussion son this on awd cars in the tire forum.
