Hi All,
Was just looking over the TPS threads for some of you that are experiencing issues.
Has anyone tried disconnecting the TPS ECU?

Basically, you understand that if you disconnect the TPS ECU, the car will not notify you if the wheels have low pressure, and that although I'm providing you information that may lead you to disconnect the TPS ECU, it's ultimately your responsibiity if anything happens.
---
I was looking at the component location, I believe it is located on top of the center console (radio stack) below the center vents.
The connector is "J49" it is a 9 pin connector and should be at the very top of the assembly.
I believe the Tire Pressure Sensor ECU is here right above the P1 and J50 connectors. (Taken from the NAV hack thread).

LOL.. nice edit rys...
Thanks for the info sir. Now someone, a someone more daring than me, that is having the same issues that many of us are having (TPS)... please try this and report back immediately!
The IS250/350 aftermarket wheel (NON TPMS FITTING) community is depending on you!

The problem is going to be that it doesn't appear the connection to the TPS ecu (assuming that's what it is) is a quick disconnect. If it's not, then the only choice is getting out the wire cutters... no thanks

There's a connector on the other side (not visible in the above photo). Why would they hardwire it? If the TPS CPU ever failed, they'd have to replace the whole harness.
