No need to find the info here, there are plenty of pricing sites on the Internet with that information for free. Two of the most popular are http://www.edmunds.com and http://www.kbb.com.

Just so evryone knows... I purchased the consumer reports new car buying report for $14 (for the RX 350 I am getting my wife) and it has the identical numbers as those on kbb.com. I think the only thing the consumer reports had was the dealer hold-back (~$750 on the RX350). So, don't pay for the report thinking you will get anything above what you can get for free on KBB.com.

If Consumer Reports reviewed their own paid reports they'd likely have to recommend against buying them. As you note, they aren't a good value.

For Toyotas, dealer holdback is 2% of the base MSRP. Not that it matters; I've never heard of a dealer willing to include holdback in the price negotations.

The margins on Toyotas and Lexus are large by industry standards. That on accessories is even larger. I think Edmunds sometimes lists accessories.

I personally run a unique pricing site that can price a single vehicle but was designed to compare two. Nothing else like it on the Internet.

Default holdback on Lexus?

So, if the holdback is 2% on Toyota's, what is it on the Lexus line? Or does the % vary by model?
