They must have to hook it up to their computer. I went into diagnostic mode and couldn't find an option to turn it off.

What kind of computer do they use? I know I have a friend who is really into cars that has a "computer" for fixing cars, but I am assuming they are all individual per car? Per manufacturer? Is there any way to purchase of one these?

i'm new here.. i've had my IS250 for about a month now... i love this car.. but im interested in bypassing the nav system....can you tell me how to bypass the nav system while your driving?
