Is the Lexus IS250 a good car? If so, what makes you like it so much and why should I choose it over any other car?

The 2006 IS 250 is under-powered IMO. Go with the 2006 IS 350 instead.

It sucks pick anything except Lexus IS250 the worst one is the IS350 definately dont want this beast.

If you want luxury but can sacrifice performance, then the IS250 is good. There are comprable cars out there that offer lower costs or more performance, but the IS will satisfy your need for everyday luxury. Make sure you get some of the lux options for full driver satisfaction.

There are plenty of reviews on the car and about it's competitors. In the end it's your decision isn't it???

All cars have pro's and con's, it's up to you to figure out if the pro's outweigh the con's for you.

Rude remarks??? I'm sure if you posted an intelligent question, there are plenty of people on this forum that will do their best to help you. Don't waste their time with your indecisiveness.

I took my GS430 in for state inspection last week and saw a beautiful IS250 on the showroom floor that looked like none I had ever seen before. It was dark grey in color and looked lower and had huge wheels on it. The salesman said it has a sport package on it that stiffened up the suspension, 19" sport wheels, and it also looked like it had some sort of ground effects kit on it. If you are interested in an IS250, that was the one for the ages! It has a sticker of $45k!

Have you test driven the 250 or 350 yet? I can't wait to get my hands on one as a Lexus Loaner!

I would suggest you take a test drive first. If your priorities are agility and superb handling, then IS250 is not likely to satisfy you. If you want quietness, comfort and nice interior features, you might appreciate the effort Lexus has put into this car. So it all depends on your personal preference. In my opinion, IS350 will allow you to enjoy both performance and luxury features. Hope this helps.
