i woudl think it was either the rails.. or the joints where it reclines. well whenever i got in and out of the car it would squeak.. or whenever go on long turns.. however, when i went they said, "I like how you dropped your car.. " he was obviously implying my mods but he said, "well I'm not going to get into that because others will/or say your suspension caused the squeaks"

My seat has developed a squeaking sound from the left bolster around the side of my back. It's weird, it comes/goes mostly over bumps or if you move side to side on the seat. I'm 185lbs, no weigth jokes.
Any one out there has this issue on thier IS250/350?

Just had to go back for another fix on this, about a year after my first one. I'm wondering if this will be a repeated problem. Sounds a bit like a flaw. Thoughts?
Here's the TSIB:

I've found this to be the common cause of this problem as well.
I wish guys would stop presenting TSIB unless they knew it would indeed rectify the problem. The seat base squeak is a very generalized TSIB that applies to lots of models concerning removal of locator pins that are noisey against the body of the car. There aren't any locators on the IS so that TSIB doesn't apply.
I've generally taken loose the seat and applied silicone paste to the body where the seat mounts to and reinstalled the seat. That has taken care of all the IS seat squeaks I've encountered.
